Roanne van Voorst

Roanne van Voorst (b. 1983) is an anthropologist and author of nonfiction and fiction. Her work has taken her all over the world, and her previous books include 'The Best Place on the Planet: Living in the Slums of Jakarta' and 'Once Upon a Time We Ate Animals: The Future of Food', which was published in English by HarperCollins in 2021.
